We strongly encourage you to call 1-800-300-0269 to have your questions attended to directly if your vehicle is financed or leased with BMW Financial Services. Please be advised as the customer care has been experiencing high call volumes and wait times in excess of 2 hours during some periods of the day, we will appreciate your patience as they attempt their best to attend to you as promptly as they can.
 
Alternatively, you may also access your My BMW Account, a convenient and secure self-service option to manage your BMW Financial Services account 24/7. If you do not already have an account set up online, we would strongly encourage you to do so by visiting myaccount.bmw.ca.

If you have questions about your lease or loan payments during this difficult time, we strongly encourage you to reach out to the financial institution directly to get your questions attended to promptly.
